AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

  • Flat rate EXPRESS SHIPPING with Australia Post is $10 
    All items are packed and sent from our Preston studio within 1 to 4 business days.
    Shipping times are indicative and standard shipping services are sent through either Sendle or Australia Post's trackable service. Transit times can range from 1 - 7 days depending on your location within Australia although there may be also be delays due to COVID-19 so please be patient :)
    If you need your Emily Green jewels sooner rather than later you can select the Express Post option at the checkout. We use Australia Post's trackable Express service. Transit times for the Express service can range from 1 to 2 business days depending upon your location within Australia and Australia Post delays.
    Make sure you enter the correct postal address at the checkout. Once the order has been received and lodged we cannot make any adjustments. You will be charged the standard postage rate to resend the returned package. We don’t take any responsibility for packages that are lost due to an incorrect or incomplete customer details. If you nominate an alternate delivery address or person i.e. colleague at your workplace, please make sure the nominated person is aware of the delivery. We don’t take any responsibility for packages once that are marked as delivered by Sendle or Australia Post.
    We do not ship orders on weekends or Victorian Public Holidays. Orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day where possible. It is your responsibility to arrange for re-delivery or pick up from your post office if the parcel cannot be left at the delivery address provided.
    Our A4 and A3 prints are sent securely flat packed via regular post. The A2 sized prints and extra large sized print will be carefully rolled into a mailing tube and will arrive by registered post.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    We ship worldwide through Australia Post or Sendle.
    • $15 – To New Zealand WITH TRACKING
    • $20 - To the rest of the world WITH TRACKING
    Transit time for international shipments is 2-3 weeks on average. If you purchase international postage with tracking at the check out, you will be given a tracking number to track the journey of your parcel. We are unable to provide updates if you don’t purchase tracking at the checkout. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over international duties and taxes nor can we predict what a country will charge. Delivery is to the delivery address you nominate when placing your order, so make sure it's correct. once parcel is lodged with Australia Post we cannot make adjustments.     REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

    We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Emily Green product you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges. Please contact us at  helloemilygreen@gmail.com prior to returning any item.
    All earrings are final sale. We cannot exchange or refund earrings due to hygiene reasons. Please take the time to note the size and look of each item before deciding if it’s for you. We don’t offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or decide you don’t like the earrings.
    Return of Emily Green products must be delivered to us within 15 days of when the item(s) were post marked as delivered to you. Return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, unworn, in original packaging and in saleable condition or may not be eligible for refund.
    We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return post; therefore we recommend that you use an insured and trackable mail service to return items. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed. If you receive a damaged or faulty item (including earrings), please take a photograph of the damaged item and email it to us at helloemilygreen@gmail.com to arrange return via assessment.
